Terms of Service

BillboardIQ is provided for business use. You may use the site and platform only in accordance with these terms, any applicable order form or master services agreement, and all applicable laws and regulations.

You may not misuse the service, interfere with its normal operation, attempt unauthorized access, reverse engineer restricted portions of the platform where prohibited, or use the service to transmit unlawful, harmful, infringing, or abusive content.

Customers are responsible for the users they authorize, the permissions they assign, and the accuracy and legality of the data they submit to the platform. Account credentials must be kept confidential and used only by authorized individuals.

You must notify us promptly of any suspected unauthorized access, credential compromise, or security incident affecting your environment.

BillboardIQ, including its software, visual design, content, branding, workflows, and underlying technology, remains the property of MCG Services or its licensors. These terms grant a limited right to use the service, not a transfer of ownership.

Customer data remains under the control of the customer, subject to the rights needed for us to host, process, secure, support, and improve the service as described in applicable agreements and policies.

We may update, improve, modify, or discontinue features from time to time. We aim to operate the service reliably, but uptime, support obligations, implementation timelines, and service commitments may vary based on contract terms and support scope.

We are not responsible for failures caused by customer systems, third-party systems, misuse, or events outside our reasonable control.

Except as expressly agreed in writing, the service is provided on an as-available basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim implied warranties including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, MCG Services will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenue, goodwill, or data. Any direct liability will be limited as set forth in the governing customer agreement or, if none exists, to the amounts paid for the relevant service during the twelve months preceding the claim.
